Peter Pan at Blue Ridge Middle School
I continue to stay engaged in my instrumental development through seeking out pit orchestra and church band opportunities. I was a member of the pit orchestra for the Blue Ridge Middle School production of Peter Pan in February 2018. I played the tenor trombone in 7 productions of the show as well as a prior week of night rehearsals.

I performed my senior voice recital with Kelsey Wessels on December 9, 2017 in the Forbes Center for the Performing Arts Recital Hall at 8pm. We performed duets at the opening and closing of our recital and we alternated songs throughout the performance.

Hello Dolly in Kriebstein, Germany
In the summer of 2017, I participated in the James Madison University German Opera Experience. I auditioned for a part in the 2017 summer production of Hello Dolly and received the roll of Ernestina. For almost two months, I had the opportunity to work with the Mittelsächsisches Theater Freiberg company in rehearsals and performed 6 shows on the Kriebstein lake stage in late June.
The Marching Royal Dukes
During my first two years at James Madison University in 2014 and 2015, I was a member of the James Madison University Marching Royal Dukes band. For both years, I was a member of the sousaphone section. I was a 4 year member of my high school marching band and I wanted to continue my passion of instrumental ensemble playing in college and beyond.
